Arroz con pollo (Panamanian Style)

Ingredients:
1 lb. of head rice, a tender chicken 3 or 4 lbs, 1 can of red peppers, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. butter or oil, a small jar of olives and capers, 4 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can tomato paste 4 large red peppers, 1 cup of "petit pois" or peas, 4 cups water, salt to taste .

Procedure:

Ingredients:
