Tostadas
This is a famous Mexican dish it could be described as an open-faced sandwich.
Ingredients:
Tostadas (fried tortillas)
Chopped tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, onion(if you want)
Cotija cheese
Refried beans
Sour cream
Chicken
One cup of sauce
Method
1. If you don’t have tostadas… you just have to fry tortillas. Tip: (for a better flavor) add three or four pieces of onion to the oil.
2. Put two spoons of refried beans on each tostada.
3. Then, add the chopped lettuce.
4. Over the lettuce add some chicken, sour cream and the cheese.
5. If you want something spicy just add some sauce.
