One tipical dish for my country is FRITADA, and it is also the special dish for my city Ambato. Fritada is made with pig meat with lard and it is served with potatoes, corn, banana, is a dish that combinates all of that things, is really delicious. One really tipical dish in my country is FANESCA , wich is a typical soup for Easter and it contains twelve grains, and you eat it also with eggs, each grain simbolice the disciples.
