Opinion about the world cup

World cup make some people crazy. In contrast, some people they give no attention about the world cup. I asked American guy about the world cup, he was so excited and satisfied about the score between USA & England. HE told me some jokes about what happened yesterday especially the goal keeper inefficiency.

Also, I asked lady about the world cup she said" I know nothing about it, the only thing I know is there are two goals"

Food experience

This weekend was so good. I don't know why? May be because the world cup has started. Anyway, I went to the Abner's which is the famous chicken tenders restaurants in Oxford. I ordered my meal. It was contain of chicken tenders, wings and fries. I asked them to put a lot of spicy on the wings. It was so delicious especially the wings sauce loooooooool I mean the wings. I was there with my friends, we were talked about the world cup statistics. We were quite enjoyed.

This dish called "Maqloobeh" (Upside-Down Chicken & Rice). It is one of my favorite dishes that i like the most. It is Mediterranean food. consist of rice, chicken and vegetables.
This is the recipe if you want to try to cook it.
# Prep Time 30 Minutes
# Cook Time 1 Hour
# Difficulty Intermediate
# Servings 10

Ingredients
* 6 pieces Chicken, Uncooked
* 1 whole Small Onion
* 2 Tablespoons Garlic
* 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
* 3 Tablespoons Baharat Spice (it is a mixture of cumin, cardamom, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg)
* Salt And Pepper, to taste
* 4 cups Water
* 4 cups Chicken Broth
* 1 whole Eggplant
* 1 head Cauliflower
* Cooking Oil
* 4 cups Uncooked Basmati Rice
* 1 cup Pine Nuts Or Slivered Almonds

Preparation Instructions

1. Dice the onion and garlic. Throw into a large saucepan with the olive oil. Cook until soft, just a few minutes.

2. Add chicken, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Add water and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low until chicken is done, approximately 45 minutes.

3. While chicken is cooking, slice 3 1/2-inch rounds off of the eggplant. Dice remaining eggplant.

4. Wash cauliflower and break into smaller florets.

5. Fry the cauliflower and eggplant in cooking oil in a small pan until brown.

6. Once chicken is done, pull it from the cooking liquid and SAVE all of the cooking liquid.

7. In another large saucepan, place the three rounds of eggplant on the bottom. Layer the chicken on top of the rounds. Then layer the vegetables (cauliflower/eggplant) on top of the chicken.

8. Pour the uncooked basmati rice over the whole mixture. Then gently pour in all of the saved cooking liquid.

9. Heat on high until boiling and then watch for the rice to be cooked (about 15-20 minutes).

10. Once rice is cooked, get a very large serving plate. Invert the plate onto the pot, and then turn the pot and plate over onto the table. Remove the pot gently. The dinner should come out as a mold of the pot with the chicken on top and rice on the bottom. It may fall apart, but that’s not a big deal.

11. Toast the pine nuts or almonds and sprinkle over the top.

12. Enjoy!

Abdull childhood memories

When I was kid, I used to go the amusement park almost four times a year. I was so energetic, I was took full day pass,so I can play all the time. One thing I still remember it, I was the tallest boy, this make me able to play some of adult games looool. When I rode the adult games I feel so excited. Beside that, I always saw my friends face, they turned red because they were not able to rode such of this games.

I would also play quite of video games with my brother. Most of the time my brother won the games, Usually, we play Super Mario.
